Our services include site assessments, installation, configuration, certification documentation, and coordination with your insurance agent or carrier where applicable. All work is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified technicians under appropriate supervision.

Our services are available to residential property owners and authorized occupants within our service area, which includes the greater metro Atlanta region. We may decline service outside our operating area or for properties that require special access, permitting, or conditions outside our scope.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to request services for the property in question. If you are booking on behalf of another party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Any price estimate, quote, or proposal we provide is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change after an in-person assessment. Final pricing is confirmed only after we evaluate your home, plumbing configuration, device compatibility, and any optional add-ons or repairs needed.

Estimates are not binding contracts. You are not obligated to purchase services until you approve the final proposal and we schedule the installation.

We install devices according to manufacturer guidelines and applicable plumbing codes. Installation quotes typically include the smart shutoff valve, professional labor, standard fittings, setup, and certification. Additional costs may apply for non-standard plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, access panels, or other site-specific needs.

We stand behind our workmanship. If you believe there is an issue with the installation, please contact us promptly and we will assess and address it in accordance with our warranty and service policies.

We may provide documentation to support insurance premium discounts or utility rebate programs. However, eligibility, approval, and amounts are determined solely by your insurance carrier, policy, or utility provider. We do not guarantee any specific discount, rebate, or insurance outcome.

We confirm available discount and rebate programs before you commit to an installation, but final decisions rest with third parties. You are responsible for submitting any required documentation to your carrier or utility.

When you submit a request for an assessment, contact form, or other communication, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You consent to being contacted by WaterWard via phone, email, or text message at the numbers and addresses you provide, for purposes related to your request and our services.

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly. We do not sell your personal information or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

By contacting us via SMS with your mobile number, you consent to receive customer care text messages from WaterWard Industries, Inc. at (770) 250-4450. You may text us at this number for help, support, or to opt out of messages. Msg&Data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.

WaterWard's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

No device or installation can prevent all water damage. You are responsible for maintaining your home's plumbing, monitoring device alerts, and responding to notifications. WaterWard does not guarantee that a device will prevent every leak, flood, or claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of WaterWard or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
