   A licensed plumber comes to your home, inspects your main line, confirms your carrier's discount program and your wifi coverage, and gives you a fixed price on the spot. No obligation.

   You pick your device

   Based on your plumbing and your carrier, we recommend the right shutoff — Moen Flo, Phyn Plus, StreamLabs, or FloLogic — and confirm your price in writing before any work begins.

3. 03

   Certified install

   We install your smart shutoff valve on the main line, pressure-test it, and commission it on the spot. Most homes finish in 2–3 hours.

4. 04

   App pairing & training

   We pair the device to your phone, set your leak alerts, turn on offline protection, and walk you through the auto-shutoff settings before we leave.

5. 05

   Certificate & rebate

   Within 24 hours, we email your Certificate of Installation to your insurance agent and file your $100 utility rebate paperwork for you.
