In fact, as we launched this company, an ice maker line broke in our founder John's home and flooded the kitchen — the whole house packed up, his family in a hotel for three weeks while the floors dried and were rebuilt. That's what water damage really is. Not a statistic — furniture in boxes, fans running for days, and a family that can't come home. Both of our families have lived it. We know exactly what it disrupts, because it disrupted us.
